Giver Army Updates — SMS Terms
The program. Giver Army Updates is a text message program from GiveSendGo Charities, Inc., a 501(c)(3) public charity (EIN 88-3776392). Messages are sent by GiveSendGo Charities. GiveSendGo Charities, Inc. is a separate legal entity from GiveSendGo.com LLC.
What we send. The program has two kinds of messages, and you choose either or both when you sign up:
- Giving updates — urgent need alerts and donation requests, the weekly Fund Friday vote, the Story of the Month, prayer requests, and Giver Army invitations.
- Non-marketing updates — gift confirmations, receipt notices, and Giver Army membership updates.
Frequency. Message frequency varies.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. These are charged by your mobile carrier, not by us.
How to opt out. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. We'll send one final message confirming it, and you'll receive no further messages.
How to get help. Reply HELP, or email info@givesendgo.org or call 904-878-0808.
Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your consent. Consent is not a condition of giving or membership. You can give, join the Giver Army, and use our services whether or not you sign up for text messages.
Your privacy. How we handle your mobile number and opt-in data is described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data are used only to deliver this program, and we never sell, rent or share them with third parties for their own marketing.
