GiveForce · Founding Members of the Giver Army

You can't be everywhere the need is. Raise the army that can.

Somewhere tonight, a family faces its hardest moment with no one behind them — a fundraiser stalled at 3%, no crowd. We call them the crowdless. And everywhere, generous people want to help — but don't know where, whether it's real, or if it will reach a person. GiveForce is the founding crowd that answers both.

GiveForce is the founding crowd behind the Giver Army — the families who capitalize the engine before the movement can fund itself. Join GiveForce and you become one of them: a founding family, part of the Founding Crowd.

charity: water has the well. Compassion has the child. The Giver Army has the crowd — and a crowd builds the next crowd.

A movement of everyday givers, granting to validated need.

The Giver Army is the flagship program of GiveSendGo Charities: a recurring-giving movement whose pooled monthly gifts are granted to validated need across 12 cause areas — disaster relief, medical crisis, ministry support, pro-life families, trafficking rescue and recovery, and more. Three commitments define it.

Validated need

Every grant candidate is vetted before a dollar moves. Members never carry the research, the doubt, or the risk of getting it wrong.

Direct impact

Grants go to the actual person and need — the family after the wildfire, the responder after the flood — not into layers of intermediary programming.

Multiplication

Members give, pray, share, and recruit. Every funded story recruits the next member. The movement compounds; a program does not.

Talents that reproduce.

A founding dollar doesn't buy a grant — it commissions a giver, and givers reproduce. They give, pray, share, and recruit, and a recruited giver arrives at no acquisition cost. Your gift never enters the grant pool. The Army does the granting; you raise the Army.

$40

cost to commission a Giver Army member (conservative planning figure)

$200

average lifetime generosity per member (actual member data)

5X+

every founding dollar mobilized as direct generosity — a floor, not a forecast

The assumptions, stated plainly: $200 lifetime giving is derived from actual Giver Army member data — real transacting members, not projections. $40 acquisition cost is a deliberately conservative planning figure; actual costs are trending meaningfully lower. 5X is therefore a floor, not a forecast — at actual trend costs the ratio approaches 10X. We publish conservatively on purpose; we would rather over-deliver.

Where founding capital goes.

$500K a year for five years builds the engine that finds, enlists, and keeps members — the capacity member gifts can't fund without diluting the granting. Allocations are planning targets, reviewed annually by the board.

≈30%

Story

Field storytelling, videography, testimony capture, and the monthly proof loop that shows members exactly who their crowd showed up for.

≈35%

The founding covenant: honest numbers over flattering ones.

Founders receive quarterly capacity reports — members enlisted, cost per member, retention and active-member counts, dollars granted, and lives reached. The same numbers we run the organization on, reported the same way. Where a number is a projection, it is labeled one. Where we miss, we say so and show the correction.

Each founding family underwrites roughly 625 members. Your gift is an unrestricted charitable gift to GiveSendGo Charities, applied to capacity building under board oversight — it never enters the grant pool. You are not asked to trust an amorphous fund; you are asked to build a measurable engine.

Questions a careful founder should ask.

Who decides where my money goes?

For founding gifts, the answer is concrete: your gift builds capacity — members, stories, systems — and never enters the grant pool. Grant decisions are made by GiveSendGo Charities under its vetting criteria and board governance, funded by member giving. You are not asked to trust an amorphous fund; you are asked to build a measurable engine.

How is this different from giving to a single organization I trust?

A single organization carries single-organization risk: leadership change, mission drift, overhead growth. The Giver Army decentralizes — generosity flows direct to validated need, story by story, across many causes and organizations, regardless of what any one institution does next. Founders capitalize the rails, not a particular program's payroll.

Is this sustainable, or does it depend on founders forever?

The model is built to graduate. As the Army grows, member giving increasingly sustains both granting and growth — members recruiting members is the cheapest acquisition there is. Founding capital exists to reach that self-compounding threshold; the milestones are the road to it.

What happens if you outperform the $40?

More members per dollar, sooner — reported to you quarterly. We planned conservatively for exactly this reason: we would rather explain why we did better than why we did worse.

The ask

100 Founding Families · $5,000 a year · 5 years.

Together: $2.5M that raises the Army — story, reach, need validation, member retention — and mobilizes more than $12.5 million of direct generosity to validated need. One family, one commitment, one engine.

The crowdless are waiting for a crowd. The crowd is waiting for its founders.
