Fees + the 100% promise

Does GSGC really pass through 100% of my donation?
For Care & Relief gifts, yes — 100% of your donation reaches the verified recipient. GiveSendGo.com covers payment-processing fees (Stripe, credit-card). The Giver Army covers our operating costs through $5/month commitments. Together, every $1 you give arrives as $1 in the field.
Are there any deductions at all?
On Care & Relief campaigns: none. On a small number of specialized funds (international grants through TrustBridge, certain donor-advised funds), industry-standard custodial fees may apply per the partner organization's schedule. We disclose those upfront on the relevant Fund page.

Recurring giving + the Giver Army

What is the Giver Army?
A community of monthly donors — minimum $5/month — pooling generosity into Care & Relief grants. Members give, pray, share, and recruit together. Join at /join.
Can I change my monthly amount?
Yes. Reply to any of our emails or write info@givesendgo.org and we'll update your subscription. A self-serve donor dashboard is on the roadmap.
How do I cancel a recurring gift?
Email us at info@givesendgo.org and we cancel immediately — no questions, no friction. You can also stop a charge directly with your card issuer; we'll sync up on the next billing cycle.

Grants + Care & Relief

Who can apply for a Care & Relief grant?
Individuals, families, ministries, or organizations serving people in active crisis (medical emergency, disaster recovery, displacement, etc.). Start at /grants/apply. We review on a rolling basis.
How long does grant review take?
Typically 2–4 weeks from a complete application to a decision. Urgent disaster-response grants are reviewed faster.
How do you decide who gets funded?
Verified urgent need, alignment with our mission, capacity of the receiving party to use funds responsibly, and available funds in the relevant pool. Full criteria live on the Policies page.

Other ways to give

Do you accept checks, wires, DAFs, or crypto?
All of the above. See the donate page for mailing address, wire instructions, DAF routing (including our National Christian Foundation Single Charity Fund), and the crypto contact.
Can I give from outside the U.S.?
Yes — through our TrustBridge Global Fund partners. International gifts route through TrustBridge's compliance rails with full expenditure-responsibility procedures.
Can my employer match my gift?
Many employers do. Use our legal name GiveSendGo Charities, Inc. and EIN 88-3776392in your employer's matching portal. Email us if they need a W-9 or determination letter.
