Investing Today in Leaders Who Shape Tomorrow

One of the ministries we are especially excited to partner with is the Lausanne Movement, as they prepare for the Fourth Younger Leaders Gathering (YLG4) in March 2027. This gathering will bring together approximately 1,200 young Christian leaders, ages 25–35, from around the world for a powerful time of equipping, encouragement, connection, and collaboration.

But YLG4 is about much more than one event. It is the beginning of a 10-year journey. Through the Younger Leaders Generation (YLGen), these leaders will become part of a global community committed to discipleship, mentorship, collaboration, and kingdom impact. They are leaders who will remain connected, learn from one another, collaborate across cultures and countries, and continue making an impact for years to come.

Equipped for greater Kingdom impact

Participation in YLG4 represents a commitment to biblical conviction, character, community, and commission. These young leaders are stepping into the Lausanne Movement's vision to see:

• The gospel for every person
• Disciple-making churches for every people and place
• Christlike leaders for every church and sector
• Kingdom impact in every sphere of society

We believe investing in these leaders today can have a generational impact tomorrow.

Helping leaders answer the call

We are excited to help young Christian leaders from around the world continue their training and preparation to help fulfill the Great Commission.

Several of these leaders have created fundraising campaigns on GiveSendGo to help cover the costs of attending YLG4. For many, raising the funds to participate is a significant challenge — and this is where the Giver Army can make a difference.

We are praying that the Lord will provide the resources needed for every leader He has called to attend. And we invite you to join us.
